Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He carries a battered pickaxe and tarnished sai as well. His blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: The child of a Shepherd, who enjoyed hunting, Ahvain was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ahvain was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ahvain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This woman wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on her left hand. She has a very tight haircut. Her ears are large.

Personality: She hates Gnomes with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. Cumpen enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born in the north. Cumpen was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Doctor. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Reirak lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She keeps her long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are brown.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Her gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is wracked by social anxiety
