History: Nelkin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: Cloak was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she desires power and/or immortality
