Personality: Chaedi is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and to reunite with her absent father

She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. Claira enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Claira was born with her father's beautiful face. In her youth she was a Ruler, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to unite with her sister

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Left-Handed was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Stylist. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern
