History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Interpreter. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 12 years.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Vani was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and to clean up the streets

History: He was born into a rich family. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Veit has worked very hard to control his curse. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in the north to a Butcher, Thodris learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She tends to her Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult.
