Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He uses divination through singing.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Mehen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
