Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Gubrash learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
