History: Whurdred was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Whurdred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Whurdred. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Pelt was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
