History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Ur-Edin was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ur-Edin decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Banker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He takes great joy in being the best Interpreter in town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kildrak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and balancing his hectic life and new interpreter responsibilities is difficult

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Servant arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Born in the west to a Carpenter, Anakis learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
