Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Cecily was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Cecily decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and he seems to be bored by most things
