Personality: Eggren speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Bather but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Gardener who has hired him part-time. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Nelkin was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Gardener. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Blacksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
