History: Jheri was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she loathes her own lifestyle

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Kody was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Barber, and she later adopted a second daughter.
