History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Kairon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. The war was a terrible time for him, and Manfred does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Tricking is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Locksmith kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
