History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Rolen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rolen decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Barbena is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Barbena enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
