History: Gifted from a young age, Tree studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and doesn't want to be a butcher and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Raer grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. During his travels, Raer and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Raer discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Raer fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Lilli was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
