Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She wears her chestnut hair up. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and her religion dominates her actions

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he desires power and/or immortality

Windy's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Marigold is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in the west to a Ruler, Marigold learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers
