Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. A true patriot, Mormo would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Mormo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors.
