Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Vepar will drive conversation. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: The child of a Knight, who enjoyed hunting, Thorin was taken on many hunting expeditions. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Being a Fortune-teller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: Orla speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Guard and was forced into it by her family; and wants to raise her children well

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a hunchback. His black hair is thinning but still full. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bhevek isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Bhevek hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bhevek fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
