History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.
