History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Glim reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his youth he was a Guard, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Map Maker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Dreali took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His crest is copper and curly. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in the west to a Miner, Maagog learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: Marigold is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Marigold was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Body Guard. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
