History: The child of a Baker, who enjoyed hunting, Gurdis was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Xanaphia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Jeweler they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Navigator, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he is greedy
