Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Stableman. She keeps her white hair in a flapper bob. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady violet eyes.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. A true patriot, Torbera would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. After a long history of fighting, Torbera and her spouse have recently divorced.

She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Barber for the past few years.
