History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Sculptor. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Sculptor for the past few years.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing her hectic life and new sculptor responsibilities is difficult

Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
