History: Avelina was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
