History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She tends to her Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. William was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. William decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.
