History: Surina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Rose hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Rose never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'8". He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His black hair is braided into rings. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thamior is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He struck the Painter job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and sabotage a competitor
