Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available he will default to his scythe. His white hair is lengthy. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Mindartis hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. After a long history of fighting, Mindartis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Revenge.

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. His fur, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep copper.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Emerald was born the youngest of three triplets. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his glaive, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: This southern woman is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her green crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. Her gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She became a Cartwright soon after.

Motivation: To be a Mayor again; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
