Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adam grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright violet and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are likewise violet. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Elysande was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: She stands about 4'1" and has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Her hair is cut close to her head. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. Gillyd enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Butcher again; and balancing her hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult

Description: Standing 6'1", this man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His crest, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His ears are large.

Personality: Shedinn is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born in a small forest village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She usually wears her grey robe and has her spear always slung over her shoulder. Her brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Painter. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She's in love; and she's attracted to the pc
