History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gubrash was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ea grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ea. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
