History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: This man prefers to wear red clothing when he does not wear armor, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Wiggan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Wiggan reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her hair is short and golden. Her eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and someone believes her a fraud

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Fivin was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Stableman. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion
