Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Chad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Chad was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Radomir was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Server, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: She stands about 6'3" and wears a green cloak and cross-gartered pastel stockings. Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Description: This fat eastern woman has a bulbous nose and dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with green slacks. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her brown hair is smooth and relatively long. Her gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Interpreter but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle
