Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is cut close to his head. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: A 5'9" eastern man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and she perpetually has her glaive ready. Her red hair is wavy and long. Her eyes are green and beady.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Eva is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and retire the richest woman in the north

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Three grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

Motivation: To be a Sellsword again.
