History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: This woman wears a white vest and prefers brown and violet shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. She has dyed her greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. Her eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Sporting a black mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Matilda embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Matilda hails from a village terrorized by orcs. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting orcs, the young Matilda began to lead the lost caravan. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and revenge

Description: She wears long strands of emerald and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Quelenna was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and money/treasure

Description: She wears a white cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings. She carries with her a set of glaives, each one with a amber on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She has a long white ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has all her life been fascinated with poetry.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
