She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Through the years after Melech was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Melech's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: Traulam was born with her mother's beautiful face. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
