Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Herbalist, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: Herleva was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
