History: Varis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Gifted from a young age, Berrian studied abroad. Through the years after Berrian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Berrian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Himo was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Himo decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bather for the past few years.
