History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and revenge

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Beggar who has hired him part-time. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mortician. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he has a crush on the local mortician

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
