Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears baggy red pantaloons and a brown scarf. She has done her best to style her chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. Her half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Server. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and further expansion of business

Description: She very much looks the part of a Detective. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Bethrynna wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her childhood dream was to be a Layabout, but she was a colossal failure. She became a Detective soon after.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
