Description: This northern woman wears suspenders and black workpants. Her shirt is yellow, and she wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She has dyed her greying blue hair a little too much giving a sharp blue color. Her eyes are a pleasant red.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Stableman business.

History: Mastema was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his pickaxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has shaved his head bald. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he prefers to wear flannel. He keeps his gray fur in a flapper bob. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Beast is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he wants revenge against orcs

Description: An older woman who sports blue clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Veloptima hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. After coming to the age of reason, Veloptima took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
