History: He was born in a small desert village. Through the years after Frederick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Frederick's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she tends to wear a black poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are white.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She worked as a nervous Herbalist and found it very stressful. She tends to her Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and wants to open a new tavern

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Smoking and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. The war was a terrible time for her, and Callie does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Callie was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.
