Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gimble does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has achieved small success as a Baker.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: An older woman who wears a tan shirt with thin green vertical stripes and tan pants, she is not a threatening figure. Sporting a red mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady amber eyes.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A freak accident while working with her Beggar mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to reunite with her old friends
