Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Crown-heir born in the past three hundred years. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This late middle aged woman wears suspenders and brown workpants. Her shirt is green, and she wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time and is in decent physical shape. With bright golden hair. Her violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: He wears white leather gloves, a white jacket, and tight pants. He is portly but not overly obese. He wears his blonde hair up. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his feathered white hat.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He tends to his Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Guard. His lavender fur is heavily combed to the left. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Guard. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in the north to a Guard, Right-Handed learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He has worked as a Guard like his father before him.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
