History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Emerald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He became a Brewer soon after.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He tends to his Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Elaim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Slave Trader. He became a Slave Trader soon after.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Adventurer mother left her crippled. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, grey shirt, and yellow tie. She wears a feathered hat to cover her moderate length white hair. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Doctor. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Roywyn was born with her father's beautiful face. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
