Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Mamnen hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Peter has worked very hard to control his curse. He's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent father

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Roofer like his father before him.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
