History: Ermina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Pearl and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Traubon was born with his father's beautiful face. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and money/treasure
