His father taught him the rudiments of the Cook arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Elysande was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Elysande's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
