History: Born to a Shoemaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Interpreter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born in the south. Through the years after Vistra was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Vistra's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Theren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and many illithids want him driven away
