Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Lia lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has achieved small success as a Barrister.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age his father died while driving off some giants. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shield use. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his pickaxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
