History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Description: She stands about 4'2" and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Morana is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Morana was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Morana's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He is physically well-built. He wears a colorful flower in his red hair. He has amber eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hadarai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Mayor. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
