Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nimble grew up listening to his father's many stories. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born in the north. He worked as a nervous Bookbinder and found it very stressful. He has taken up work as a Bookbinder and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Description: This woman wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on her left hand. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His hair is short and blue. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Half-Orcs. Her skin is dark but she possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. She wears dull black sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed sai, just in case. She has a long auburn ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Tawar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: The child of a Bricklayer, who enjoyed hunting, Tawar was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has never given up on her writing dream.
