Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Nurkara's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light red in addition to tight pants. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Elegant lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
